General Announcement

Post prom spirit wear orders are in and can be picked up at the high school today from 5-7pm.

 

The Winter Choir Concert is this evening, December 17^th @ 7pm in the HS auditorium. Come out and enjoy!

 

The Middle School Academic Challenge Team is looking for Questions Readers on the night of their competitions.  The first event is scheduled for the evening of January 21, 2026, in Mansfield.    If you are interested in helping your community by reading questions, please contact Mrs. Raber.  

Northwestern Local Schools will be on a 2HR EARLY RELEASE on Friday, December 19.

Please check out the lost and found. It is starting to overflow with lunch boxes, water bottles, and clothing items. If things are still here by Christmas break, they will be donated to a worthy cause.

If you have not done so, please complete the FinalForms for your student(s) for this school year. Parents of returning students should have received a link in their email to complete this. There is also a link available on our website.

Any student that filled out a parking permit application on Final Forms and did not receive one yet, please stop in at the front office and get your hang tag. Parking tags are to be kept in your vehicle.

 Student Services Announcements

Postcards have been mailed to all seniors from the Wayne County Community Foundation regarding the scholarship program. The application period is from December 15 – March 15. You need to submit only ONE application and based on your answers your name and information will be processed for any scholarships for which you qualify. Please remember that NO late applications will be accepted for any reason.

 

The Career Center application is open. Please remember that applications are time stamped so the sooner you can submit your application, the higher on the list you will be for your trade choice. There are QR codes posted outside of the Guidance office for the application. If you are applying to the practical nursing program, please see Mrs. Laeng or Mrs. Burkholder for additional application materials.
